I called at 9am this morning for an earlier appointment there wasnt any so I keep my assigned time. I asked if they would take care of the 2 children who had to go to work first and the non worker for the later appointment they had my kid late for work seating talking about, we told the worker it's her discretion. Then I'm calling and they not answering the phone, so I had to call from my job, really!!!#PISSED

Brought my granddaughter...they need to make more seating available in the waiting room other than that no complaints.

Twice my daughter had to get her retainer adjusted. I waited to see her dentist to make sure I knew what I was talking about before bringing her back with the same problem. Dr. Ron Saffar called me & her irresponsible & mouthed off that her dentist knew nothing. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Now we have to continue to deal with this place because she has to get her to braces on again. I just hope the next orthodontist has a bit more class & professionalism. The Cherry Hill office is the one I take her to. #disgust... read more

Politicians in Washington work more than these guys do. Only open 2 days a week. The equipment used seems subpar as it keeps failing. And this office is not open to fix the failures.

Doctors are grate but Raquel the office manger for Trenton office was a bad choice she has an attitude and she shouldn't be at this position, Requesting another office even if you have to drive more.
