I honestly don’t remember the procedure, which I consider great. It was fast and easy. I was given clear and thorough instructions at my consultation and right before the procedure. I felt taken care of.

The receptionist was very great that checked me in. She made us feel very comfortable. The nurse that rolled my son out was rush talking so fast trying to explain what I need to do and I really didn’t like that at all.I understand it was raining but my mom was trying to get the umbrella and open the car so he wouldn’t get wet. So when she kinda got him in the car, I told her I’ll just get it from there cause I no longer wanted her service at all.
