They made my first parcel, I liked them,but the dentist didn't made new ones.LOST that set,made another set way to thick and sent them back.MY forth set i till can't eat or talk with them in,trips up my toung,still to thick!!!!They till me im a difficult patient cause they can't get them right.AFTER two years im screwed with useless teeth.GOING some where else,THANKS for screwing up my life,can't dine out with them
After having to reschedule and go over a year without a visit they double booked me and tried to give me a new appointment, all because they weren’t available to take verbal confirmation on the phone. I’m a busy person which is why I had to reschedule initially, so I couldn’t take the new appointment. Easy to get lost in the shuffle with them

Everyone else but Amanda manning is great…. She will try to have inappropriate relationships with the customers which is highly concerning when kids go here as well…. Specially when being put under…. Scary.

This place is odd. They make appointments and give you a card with time and date of appointment, then message multiple people if theres an opening earlier. The 1st person to respond gets the appointment. All appointments you previously had are cancelled and auctioned off to the next batch of text messages. Call and complain and was told they never scheduled the appointment in the 1st place. Irate to say the least, they refused to treat me … so My husband also cancelled his appointments. I'm new to the area. Called here 2 months ago to see if they were accepting new patients. She said yes. They asked for my info and insurance and advised that they accepted my insurance. Go in today for my appointment that I waited 2 months for only to be told..... they dont accept my insurance. Thanks for wasting my time.

As I was there the Dr. scolded his employee and was very unprofessional. A woman was dismissed because a woman named Kelly said she was high and called the police. The woman was furious. The staff is sweet but they are not treated well at all. I would not recommend ever going there!!
