The staff was pleasant, I just wish the wait time was as fast as the procedure. I had an appointment at 2:30 and didn't end up leaving until after 5. It took all of 5 minutes to pull my tooth an extra 2 to work with the difficult one which in the end I was referred to an oral surgeon for.
Terrible service. Took 3 hours to wait my grandmother and I go look to see what's going on and the DR is on her Iphone IN MY FACE and laughing very loud, GOSH!! TERRIBLE service and they were very ununprofessional.
Let's just say my mom in the ER from a root canal!
I waited almost two hours in the waiting room just to get my daughter teeth cleaned that's ridiculous
3 to 4 visits to correct filling done incorrectly, still not correct. No real xrays done to catch problems. 2 hour wait with and appt. each time. Too many patients to take proper care of each one.
