Went to see Jp Sears and had a great time till the wait staff demanded I had the nerve ask me to ask me to go outside and demanded I spend more money at their bar even tho me and my girlfriend had end even completed our first drinks, which I had cash out for plus tip. The manager and staff were extremely rude and will be going back there again. This was my first and last time going here. I will be traveling to Tampa improve from now on. Why to Rubin a good night and a great show.
Show was good. Food service was horrible. Waiter was inattentive and slow. Meals were cold and no flatware given even after asking for some multiple times. Had to share my husbands pasta spoon to eat. Was never asked for second round of drinks or if we wanted desert. Very disappointing experience!
VIP isn’t really vip we were not 1st five rows. So why pay extra no perks here
Business response:
Hi Randy, we apologize for the inconvenience at our venue. All of our tickets are of a first come-first serve basis. We reserve the section for all purchased VIP Guests but we don't hold any tables for guests... Let us know if we can make it right.
I paid in advance to come enjoy a night out of watching Eddie Griffin and his show was canceled with no explanation.. Unprofessional if I must say so
Business response:
We apologize for the inconvenience, we can either go ahead and give you tickets for a future show or a full refund. Hope you have a great day.
Second time in which I had to get a refund. Cancelling a comedian because you don’t like a part of their act? Don’t worry I won’t be giving you a chance to make me need a 3rd refund. Done with this place.
we went tonight started off horrible ended very disrespected by owner and the manager.. will not go back .. I have 2 tickets for future events but not happening ... 1 of our food orders was messed up that's ok it happens .. 2 a hair in the hummus and was shown in a napkin and still owner claimed they didnt see it.. hmmm everyone at our table did. 3. a drink was requested a little different and we recieved 2 that way .. the restaurant asked what we wanted in place of hummas we just asked for another drink no biggie.. but was ... read more

RecommendedYesterday evening was my 1st time ever at Off the Hook Comedy Club. It was definitely an unexpected surprise, from the elegant restaurant atmosphere to the line up of phenomenal comedians. I was taken back. Very great performances from Luz Lazos and Michael Quu. I and my gf were very impressed. I’ll def come back again. Thanks for the good laughs.
