Oh my goodness, where to even start? We walked in with a reluctant 10 year old who didn't really think she needed braces, and really didn't want to be there. Within the first 15 minutes with Kay, she was relaxed, smiling, and actually enjoying herself. They took their time with us and explained everything clearly, were willing to do what they could to make our daughter (and us) feel comfortable with what needed to be done.
