Pete Gutierrez and Kathy Scures-Gutierrez came to Sebastian in 1985 after graduating from dental school at Emory University. They have studied at the internationally renowned LD Pankey Institute and Dawson Center. They are both from Florida, Miami and Winter Park, respectively and were attracted to the small town appeal of Sebastian and the proximity to the ocean. its more like a family visit than a trip to the dentist makes me very comfortable and relaxed
Everyone was extremely nice. I felt very comfortable after meeting the doctor. My one little negative would be when I went to take the panaramic xray. I will preface this by saying I am a germ-phobe...so when the tech went to put that little plastic piece over the mouthpiece, she was not wearing gloves. I then had to bite down on it. I needed readjusting so I quickly grabbed at it and fixed it myself.
