Dr. Rand is a skilled and caring expert. I trusted him with my eyes TWICE! The first procedure (upper lids only) was performed in NYC and I could not be happier with the result. I returned later for a second procedure (lower lids only) which was performed in Great Neck. Again, I could not be happier with the outcome. I am a huge fan!

Dr. Rogers lifted my upper eyelids. It was an in office procedure that was remarkably pain free, as was the recovery. I took two Tylenol’s and really didn’t even need the second. The results are terrific. I love The way my eyes look and can’t get over how easy it was. Dr Rogers is kind, patient, and terrific at what he does.
Dr. Rogers is a professional, caring doctor. Makes you feel comfortable about your surgery by explaining everything that will go on during the surgery, and what to expect after. I also found that everyone at the surgery center was wonderful. had my upper eyelids and below my lower eyelid done. It healed quickly and I experienced almost no pain. I love the results and am constantly receiving compliments on how my eyes look now. I highly recommend Dr. Rand.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Rodgers. In 2009, I went to see him on the recommendation of my eye doctor for assessment of lid interference with my vision. He surgically reduced my upper & lower lids. Now 10 years later, I have no issues and my eyelids remain fabulous! Dr. Rodgers is a man of integraity, with a conservative approach toward cosmetic eye surgery. He is easy going, thourough and honest. If you are considering eyelid surgery, this is the surgeon to go to!
