Today, I was very fortunate to get an emergency appointment with Dr. Bok. I was anxious and experiencing intense pain, as anyone would be going to see an endodontist, but Dr. Bok and his staff were so kind and caring they made me feel very at ease. They explained everything so I knew exactly what was happening during each step. The entire staff is just the best! I cannot thank them enough for how they treated me and made me feel very comfortable.

From my initial phone call to set up my appointment to the follow up phone call the day after my visit; I can only say it was so nice to bear witness to 100% professionalism at its best!
