Everything! Right from the initial exam through the day of my procedure. Dr.Shin and his staff operated like clock work. Lydia and Emily were in sync with Dr. Shin every step of the way. I've never felt so comfortable sitting in a dentist chair, really! They answered all of my questions regarding insurance and billing. I highly recommend Root Canal Specialty Associates. Visit went very smoothly and very promptly. I was told it would take between 90 minutes and 2 hours. It took 2 hours. Everyone was courteous and attentive to my comfort and needs. I have never had a root canal before but would not hesitate to go back myself or recommend someone else.
