Recommendedmy daughter voiced that she was scared about the procedure being done. I was able to stay back with her the while time and while they were waiting for her numbness to work a lady came and sat next to my daughter and distracted her by talking about school and what she liked and didn't like about it and what she wanted to be as an adult. they explained everything while doing it and then the same nice lady came in after the root canal was done and talked to my daughter some more. staff are very friendly. dr watters did an ama... read more
Great experience, if a Root Canal could be considered that. I got in and out on time and the staff and dentist were supper skilled and effective at what they do.
This team of compassionate specialists provided excellent care and turned an otherwise unpleasant experience into a positive one. I benefited by their use of cutting edge ultrasonic technology that resolved my emergent needs. Dr. McWatters is and exceptional Endodontist and would recommend him to anyone needing a root canal.
Very professional high level of quality service
I met Dr.Zinderman and her staff, when I went for a root canal. Everyone there was super, from the receptionists to the assistants. I cannot say enough good things about the professional care I received. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable. Dr. Zinderman is fantastic. She is gentle, easy to talk to, and conservative about doing a procedure, if it can be treated with medication. I allowed them to do a panoramic X-ray of my teeth... so glad that I did! I had an emergency situation and they got me in that day. The staff is excellent and so was Dr Zinderman. I'm always nervous going to the dentiist but this was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!
Dr Shapiro is amazing! I walked into his office with the most intense tooth pain that I have ever experienced and I walked out with total relief . His staff is kind, caring and so very professional. I have worked in the dental field for over 30 years and the dentists I work for refer our patients to Root Canal Specialty Associates all the time. Our patient always have such positive things to say about them and now I have experienced that same incredible care myself. Thank you to Dr Shapiro and his amazing staff!
