The office was clean, the staff was very friendly and Dr. Shapiro helped set my mind at ease moving forward. Thankfully don't need a root canal but happy to know I have somewhere to go if I do!

Had two root canals done today on number 2 & 3 molars. A long procedure but they were kind and always checking to see how I was doing. So far, an hour later, all seems to be going well.

From the prompt emergency appointment that was needed (literally within an hour!!!), to the handling of the insurance and information, bedside manner, explanation of procedure and post-op instructions, gentleness, professionalism, follow up care and concern...I could go on!
