I have previously, a while ago, had my wisdom teeth out. I was very unlucky - I had 4 wisdom teeth & two more 'bonus' teeth. It was the most painful thing that ever happened to me. My friends (plural) who had had wisdom teeth and root canal work all said that root canals are 10 times worse. I do not like going to the dentist. When Dr Ichesco performed my root canal I kept waiting for, and dreading, the pain that I so intensely expected. But it never came. Procedure itself went fine. Billing itself was a mess. Initial Bill was incorrect/insufficient so I received a 2nd bill which changed by pennies each month inexplicably. Laura in A/R rude inflexible and not understanding of other problems with HSA card and unwilling to rectify problem. Local office clerk had no idea how to accept and process payment. Staff untrained. Recommend you seek other specialists
Went in on Friday for an emergency root canal,they were supposed to diagnose what tooth was causing my extreme pain,they did a root canal on the wrong tooth. When they were done all the pain was still there. I called Saturday morning in extreme pain,they prescribed some pain killers to get me through till Monday. On Monday they got me in at 10 45 am,checked my tooth and decided I needed a root canal on the bottom tooth and wanted to charge me over 900 dollars because they already used my coverage to fix the wrong tooth.
