One of the best dental experiences I've ever had, and I've had a lot! 4 days out from a root canal and I've experienced no pain whatsoever! Dr. Jepko and his staff were all around amazing! I highly recommend!
Dr. Jepko performed a double root canal on me when I was a young lad. Despite his busy schedule, he worked overtime in order to relinquish my immense pain. I was very impressed with his thorough examination and appreciated how he took time to carefully explain the problem and possible solutions. While the procedure was somewhat painful, Dr. Jepko ensured that I was as comfortable as possible. He worked diligently and the procedure went smoothly. It was a very pleasant experience, much better than I anticipated. I was very nervous when I arrived. He took the time a I explain in detail what was involved in the process and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel any discomfort during the procedure. I would highly recommend this office to anyone
My daddy always said that Rob Jepko was a good good man. May I just say my daddy was correct, he certainly is!The pain I was enduring was unbearable. He took the time Memorial Day of all days to personally call me and give me detail directions to help me with the pain! I have had very bad experiences at the dentist. When I found out I had to have a root canal I was terrified. Dr Jepco is so warm and kind. He took me through each step one by one. Granted I had never met him before and I was spectical. I had the procedure this morning and it was exactly as he described. He has compassion and understanding for me and why I feel the way I do. I just wish he could be my Dentist for all treatments from now on. Trust and respect is hard, but I can tell you he has mine.
Dr. Jepko was very professional. His explanation was clear and concise, and he made sure that all of my questions were answered before I left his office. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of dental work!
Dr. Jepco and his team are fantastic! His team are Easy to get a hold of, easy to work with, and nice! Dr. Jepco is great at explaining everything he does, why he does it, and gives you great treatment options.
