We have had a great experience from the minute we walked into the door. The staff walked my daughter through the process from beginning to end and so when the time came she wasn’t nervous at all. Additionally, they took the time to tell her and show her how to care for the braces and never once felt rushed to make a decision or even felt rushed in responding to all my daughter’s questions. This was a great experience!!!!
The facility is new and super clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Rucker is very professional and thorough when recommending/performing treatment! Would definitely recommend you check them out when looking for an orthodontist for yourself or your children😁
We are starting the second round today! Very pleased with the first phase outcome! Thanks Dr. For putting up with me being a noisy passenger! 😂😂 Our first visit today and the team was amazing as my son was really nervous. They not only eased his mind but ours as well. Dr. Rucker and his staff are amazing. We had several opinions for our sons final phase due to a bad experience with our first phase of treatment at another local office.
