it's been a long time since I went here and I'm still traumatized. Dr. Rucker used to actively make fun of the way I dressed, the color of my teeth, and the state I was in. I was 14 at the time and sometimes I would have to go inbetween marching band practices because there were no other time slots. theyd make fun of me for being sweaty but I'd leave practice and then have to go back to practice so there wouldnt be time to change. RecommendedOk… so I just wanted to share and give my review! My family and I (husband and 2 young girls) are fairly new to the area! With that said we have yet to establish a primary dentist or orthodontist! I reached out on this page for recommendations! So I called first Dr. Burke and Redford! The “fix” to the permanent retainer coming off. After waiting almost 2 weeks to get it fixed, instead of fixing it by taking it off and prepping the surface, they literally just applied gobs of glue which didn’t even last 24 hours, and cost us $200. Highly disappointed in their workmanship.

I was referred by so many people who had gone here a few years ago. I think he has gotten too big and busy too quick. I cant seem to ever get a call back. When my husband was there for my 2 kids appointments he asked to talk to the Dr again and the lady at the front desk said "You want like to speak to him personally " Yes, that is what happens when you keep getting conflicting information on your kids dental plan. My daughter was SO nervous to get her braces on today but Dr. Rucker and everyone else in the office was so patient and sweet to her that she left with a big grin. And the “welcome kit” with the toothbrush and other cool goodies made her feel so special. I am so glad we chose Dr. Rucker!!
