the staff is great..Dr. Jackson is awesome! I'm a nervous patient so this is the place to be!
If you are afraid of PAIN, then Shine is the Dental Office to call. Dr. Jackson is conscientious, sensitive to the fears of her patients, knowledgable, and highly skilled.
The staff is friendly and the doctor is thorough. It's a beautiful office.
I took my grandson to this "dentist". Her so call front office staff made a appointment for my grandson, and when we got there every one was like the 3 stooges! No one could find his appointment and claimed it was never made. After "Jessica" got over her attitude . She realized she made it, but it was not time for his cleaning. I ask for the dentist to call me. Nothing! I called and left another message, Nothing! Thanks for your comment. There was a miscommunication between you and one of the staff members about the date of your appointment. We the staff treat our patients like family and offered to see your grandson on a different date.The staff and the dentist are also like family. It is my understanding that the staff was disrespected in the office in the same manner in which you are disrespecting them in this post.
