I will be seeing Dr. Starling tomorrow, I've been going to her for several years, since we found her next to Lenscrafters in the Oaks Mall. She's the best!

I have been wearing glasses for 35 years and in that time, I have seen a lot of different optometrists. Previous experiences at Starling Eye Group have been so wonderful that I left glowing reviews on Facebook and Google. Just two weeks ago I was recommending them to a couple of my coworkers for their new glasses. My most recent experience happens to be the worst experience I have ever had getting new glasses. Mr. Stout, I understand that you did not like my optician and felt we gave you terrible customer service. I already apologized for that. I can assure you that customer service is a top priority of mine, as well as my employees being treated with dignity and respect. I'm sorry that you did not like the price you were quoted. In that case- most people would just purchase from another vendor- not try to discredit an optician trying to do her job and ruin a local business' reputation in a public forum. Please read all the way to the bottom. I'll make a long story short. I've been buying frames from this business for three years in a row. The past two years I've been dealing with their new optician , and she's made it a horrible experience. In 2016 I bought a pair of Prada frames for around $350-400. She ordered the wrong color, no big deal. The friction came when the frame broke within the year and I needed help with my warranty. The warranty is SUPPOSED to be dealt with at...
