I've been a happy patient of The Kids' Dentist for 14 years now! It's a really friendly place with plenty of kind, caring staff that always make you feel welcome and comfortable. I can't wait to bring my own kids here one day!!
I love this kids dentist, when you can take your kids & know that they're in a safe environment with lovely ladies. Doc Winn & her staff are amazing and gentle with my little ones, my daughter has been going for 3 years & all her fears of the dentist have been gone for quiet awhile thanks to this dentist. So very sad my son can not see Dr Winn again. He truly liked her. We went and had two extractions done and the billing Dept said we needed to come up with so much money that the insurance would not pay so we did. Got a bill followed by a collection letter for 112$ . I called to see what had happened with the agreed amount we paid at the appt and she said the insurance didn’t pay as much as expected and it’s in collections and Dr Winn will no longer see your child. Do not go here i was a 10 year customer but 2 months ago they called 2 days before my kids cleaning and said medicaid system was messed up and they would call me when I reached out on facebook they said they no longer accept medicaid patients now my kids are overdue for a cleaning they do not care about kids they only care about money or they wouldn't of lied go to dr maze he actually cares about his patients i know there are a lot of parents like me who was waiting on a call saying that it was fixed so they could reschedule... read more
