They told me they worked with my insurance only afterwards they hand me a bill for a cleaning even though my cleanings are supposed to be covered per my plan. I was lied to they aren’t in network

Today was the day, after more than 10 years, our family of 6 had to part ways. I’m deeply saddened because I truly enjoyed this practice throughout the years but the level of disrespect, unprofessionalism & complete disregard of privacy today made me sick.
