Bruce did a wonderful job for us. We had some specific work for which we scheduled the appointment, and he fully explained our options and the merits and costs of each. He did a very thorough inspection and even surfaced something we had thought of in the past but had forgotten. He was very professional, personable, and efficient. We definitely will choose Tim Kyle Company in the future.
Today my service orovider was Jon. He called to see if he coukd come earlier, which I loved. He was dog-friendly, very patientvwitg my indecisiveness and accommodating to my additional requests. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.
Aaron was excellent, per usual, and the lighting he installed brought my house to the next level.
Chad Main arrived right on time, found a creative way to run a new dsl phone line from the box outside our house, into our attic and snaked down through the wall of our den to where our router is, all without any disruption or damage to our house. He was polite and friendly, and did a great job! We would definitely want Kyle Electrical Service and Chad to do our electrical work in the future.
Ben and Justin did a great job. They got here on time, went to work right away, finished up on time and did a great job. Not my first time with a Tim Kyle job. They are great to deal with!
The company scheduled me within one week of my call and were very efficient and professional. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled but, called first to make sure that was ok. In a very timely manner he figured out our problem, gave me an estimate and rescheduled for one week, since the job was going to take most of the day. The technician was also very nice and professional. I would recommend this company to someone else.
