Aaron was awesome. He worked hard replacing the underground line to the outside pole light with 60 mph winds while the azaleas were smacking him in the face. He also assembled and installed and outside celing fan on our porch. Very professional and a nice guy too! I would not hesitate to use Tim Kyle Electric for future jobs.
Jack was great. He arrived on time, very professional and friendly. He explained everything to us regarding our electrical situation and safety concerns. We would like to have Jack perform future electrical jobs when we use Tim Kyle Co.
We had a circuit that kept tripping. It took awhile to determine the exact problem was a dead line to our lamp post and I was relieved that they were able to figure it out. Justin and Ben were pleasant, professional, explained how they fixed it and demonstrated that it was working. They even covered the trench in the lawn for the new wiring with grass seed and straw; my experience is that most companies leave the damage for the homeowner to fix.
From the first phone call we made to the actual installation, everyone we spoke with was polite, helpful and very professional. Unlike another firm we contacted, Tim Kyle Electrical made it clear that they wanted and welcomed our business. Nothing. Jack and Tim were fabulous. They were courteous, professional and sincere in their efforts to do the absolute best lighting installation at our home. I plan to call them again for additional work. What a pleasant and more than expected experience with Jack and Tim. My husband was thrilled with the installation as well.
