Jack was just great. He was personable and very clear about articulating our electrical needs He put in a new attic fan, fixed an exhaust cap on our roof, changed all batteries for smoke alarms (7 of them).
The technicians, Jack and Jon were very professional in their work, appearance and attitude.The dispatch people also made things very easy.We have been using this outfit for years and always a good job.
Lost previous write up. Brian's knowledge of how to accomplish my requests, gave me confidence that the job was done correctly. Brian has worked at my previous home which is why I called you again. My hope is Brian will be the tech to service my new home.
