Brian (and Noah) was very professional and thorough. He did a really thorough check of all outlets and suggested several improvements.
Jack was able to diagnose our problem within moments of walking in the door. He also gave us some great suggestions on how to make our home safer. Very friendly, great customer service!
Bryan did a great job. Even went to the store to purchase a replacement part that was needed to complete the job.
Ryan got someone out to do work in response to a home inspection on extremely short notice. The technician, Brian, was extremely competent and was able to explain to me and my buyer, in, writing, what did and did not need to be repaired. I LOVED the standardized pricing so that it was very easy to see what I would be charged for each item, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely call them again.
