Learned a lot of things I can even incorporate in my home life
Tops touched upon one of the most simple yet eye opening concepts I think any one could learn from. I learned so much about communication skills and I will enjoy implementing it at the office when we return. I have been in the Dental field for 7 years now and I was sure I knew everything about patient care until this two amazing days at TOPS! Experience has been wonderful and I can not explain all the fantastic things I was learned. It is a learning experience you have to experience for yourself and I 100% recommend it to all.

I have been a student of the Total Patient Service Institute for 4 years. I can not say enough about how much I have learned and grown as a hygienist, team member and family member.
