They schedule appointments without concent or request then they bill you when you dont show up. Total lunacy.
horrible customer service. do not go here. I dropped off glasses that needed to be repaired. they saw me drop off the glasses. I am my moms son with a unique last name. and when they fixed the glasses they told me I couldn't pick back up. I'll make sure for future glasses I'll take my mom somewhere else.
