I recently attended a sales presentation by South Atlantic Energy LLC., a Yellow Blue Eco Tech distributor. The purported "energy savings" products this company was selling included solar attic fans, radiant aluminum attic insulation, air conditioner coolant additives and water heater blankets. Last spring we attended a dinner presentation by Pinnacle Powerful Solutions, LLC that was promoting YellowBlueEco Tech products. We were intrigued by their claims of 30-40% saving in our utility bills and that the product would "pay for itself", through reduced utility bills, in a short time. I would like to share my experience with Yellow Blue Eco Tech. There I met Nick, who later professed to be an owner/partner. He made a good presentation. I was familiar with some of the products. Spoke of aluminum sheeting developed by NASA and solar powered attic fans which I've seen advertised elsewhere. Both of which I wanted to try so I set up install date at an agreed price. We have had nothing but problems with this company from the very beginning. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Our roof is leaking for the second time due to incompetent workers.

Similar to another complaint, we were promised an $80 gift card for allowing the home analysis the same night as the presentation. We received only a $25 gift card (sounds familiar), but we were considering going further with them. I began to be concerned that agent did not have a business card and did not have a resolution for the gift card error. He also failed to return my message after challenging the $25 vs $80 card. Just another scam. Went to a presentation and was told we would receive a $80 gift card if we let them come to our home that night. Not only is it a $25 gift card, we spent over $400 for their Bluemaxx product which is suppose to lower the temperature of your a.c., we have had to drop our thermostat 1 degree every night to achieve the same comfort level. Do not let the prayer they say to start the evening mislead you into believing that this is anything but another disception!

We spoke with our independent authorized dealer in the *** ****** *****, FL, area, and he informed us he had just spoken to Mr. **** today (8/14/17). He apologized for the error in the gift card amount and promised a check for $55 would be put in the mail to them today. Mr. **** said nothing to our dealer about a problem with the BlueMAXX application. Our dealer stated Mr. **** said he understood the mistake with the gift card and thanked our dealer for making it right. Please consider this issued resolved. Thank you!
I had Yellow blue tech install Their product in my home 1/10/2017. I was told the room temperature would become the same within 1 degree F in 24 hours. Today is 1/31/2017 and the room temps are over the place. I Called Richie Cohen after 1 day and he wanted to know how I paid for the product . I paid with a credit card, he said it takes several MOUTHS for it to work. I tried to question him . he said he would call me later..He did not!! I called the company today and got the same bull.

As with any complaint of this nature, the problem is between the customer and the Independent Authorized DEALER who sold the yellowblue product. yellowblue itself is a wholesaler; we do NOT sell direct to the consumer.
