RecommendedMy kitchen sink had began dripping. My boyfriend had taken the faucet apart trying to fix it. When he put it back together and we turn the water on it would not shoot up and out it would just come out from underneath in the sink. What a mess I couldn't use my kitchen sink for over a week. I went on Yelp trying to gather some estimates nobody will come out for free just to tell you what's wrong and how much it's going to cost. Beware... they lack customer service and will not attempt to fix their mistakes or even send a different plumber out to check the faulty work. Manager was unwilling to help so we had to call Len the Plumber. They confirmed that it was faulty work by Abbott's.
Called for emergency service. They were only handling emergency sewer issues. Asked if they knew of another local plumber who might help w/ my issue. The doufus on the phone said "We do. We can be there in 3 days." Really? Three days is your idea of an emergency response? And you can't recommend another company just to help someone out? Nothing like thinking of your own wallet when some else is in need.
