This is an honest portrayal of my personal experience and opinions regarding a business dealing I had with this merchant, Agape Diamonds, and is therefore protected under the Consumer Review Fairness Act. I had a issue with this merchant in that I purchase a piece of jewelry (earrings) for my wife believing we had scored an excellent price on lab created (carbon) synthetic diamonds. WARNING ⚠️ Copy before my comment is deleted, help me warn others!!! Quality is not up to par! My bridal set changed color within 3 weeks! Their return policy “30 Day, No Questions asked!” is a joke. If you take the tags off and or wear the product and during this 30 days if you lose a stone, or changes color, your out of luck and your money 💵 I paid $3k for a bridal set delivered 11/20/2020, and wore for 3 weeks. This company is dirty. We received an engagement ring and it didn’t had a cloudy stone. We contacted the customer service team through email as their phone lines are down currently. I told them that we wanted a full refund and they stated that would be ok. I waited 3 weeks for a return label and filed a dispute with Affirm. Finally, I got the return label and the folks at Agape overnighted me a new ring and stated I would not be eligible for a refund as it went past 30 days. I ordered the 3ct diamond heart pendant and was never more disappointed. The chain is flimsy at best the stone could have been purchased out of a bubble gum machine. Not worth the price. Sending back asap.

When the ring finally came, it was even better than I expected it to look! It seriously looked better than the picture online. I don't know a lot about diamonds, but this is definitely some high-quality jewelry, really well crafted, and boy did my girlfriend loves it! I found the most beautiful diamond with some nice detailing in the ring and set in white gold. I took a picture of it and sent it to one of my girlfriend's best friends to get her perspective on it. We both agreed that it was perfect! I sold some of my collectibles in order to cover the cost and couldn't be happier with the quality of the ring and the service from Agape.
