It does take time to create the replacement parts due to the dye lot approval we require to make sure you are going to be happy with the replacment parts. You are correct all parts orders that are not part of our warranty must be paid in full up front. Sorry this happened and hopefully the furry familiy memeber has lost the taste for leather sofa arms.
