it was good but I think most focus on the care should be left to the customer and ask them when they would like to take care of the existing problems. patients are people they need to be heard and listened to.

Everyone is very friendly. Hygienist I had was a little rougher than I've had on previous visits (resting her hand on my jaw while cleaning, catching my lip between her hand and my teeth).
