Just had a cleaning. Emily did a very good job. Had no cavities.
I'm not a good person who sees the dentist regularly and now have major problems, however was referred to Cambridge and loved my experience. The hygienist was Amazing, very thorough, very sweet and personable. DR. Laham was very professional, up front with recommendations and seemed very knowable. I felt like they weren't out "just for my money" but what was best for me. I'm hoping I will be able to get where I need to be to be able to use them in the future.
Was satisfied with this appointment. The dental hygienist cleaned and polished my teeth adequately and answered all questions I asked, I felt the time I met with dr. Herman was time well spent as he answered my questions completely and in depth.
Front desk was very understanding of my concerns of waiting in the waiting room. I was able to stay in my car till they were ready for me. Very quickly they got me back to the room. The hygienist was very good also. Explained things to me as needed, she was gentle but thorough. My Dentist was out for the day (her day off) and a different Dentist came and and was very good also. Very pleasant experience.
Check in was easy and quick. Wait time was short. Stasi was very knowledgeable, thorough and just an all around nice person.
The team members at Cambridge Dental are all courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I heartily recommend them.
