I cannot express how happy and grateful I am to Dr Hermann and the staff at Cambridge Family Dentistry . My implants were done quickly, painlessly, and the results are wonderful. Dr Hermann put me at ease immediately and was nothing but reassuring the all through the process. I will be forever indebted to him and the staff.(very professional and caring) !!!
Over all it was a nice visit - though the nurse Beth was outstanding. Her personality was great. Although after I arrived home developed a blister on my right cheek. So that means another emergence visit. Its just one of those things it has to find the right way to fit. So you all will be hearing from me again. Thank you Happy Holidays
Everyone is so nice and helpful and I can’t think of the ladies name to clean my teeth right now but I love her she does an excellent excellent job on cleaning my teeth without any pain
Excellent client experience from the moment you walk in until you leave. Staff is all friendly and prompt. The dental care received was first in class. The way the hygienist and dentists treat you make you feel like they know you on a personal level and care deeply for you.
Dr. Polk did a fantastic job on my upper bridge and extractions. Everything looks awesome. He took his time and explained everything. Very happy with his service and with Cambridge!
I appreciated you getting me in when my hygienist could not be there so I would not have to reschedule my appointment.
Staff was professional and very friendly. They explained each service that was performed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
COVID19 threat, I felt very safe. Lobby and office was clean. All safety measures were practiced.
