I absolutely appropriate everything they have done for us. They were able to get my daughter in for an emergency appointment the same day I called on more than one occasion. Ortho did not listen to a word I had to say and just dismissed my request for a new retainer to prevent further movement of teeth and instead tried to make me pay thousands for braces. A terrible practice and I will never recommend to anyone or ever come here myself again!

To describe my experience at this location to put it in simple terms. HIPAA violations. The goal is to protect the patient’s privacy. When you leave a patient in a room, you should never have the computers open up or anything else. Open up with patient information on it. Especially if it is not the patient who is in the room.
