I absolutely appropriate everything they have done for us. They were able to get my daughter in for an emergency appointment the same day I called on more than one occasion. We had to go to this location to pick up the sparks, there was 1 girl who was helpful while everyone else was just rude and kept telling us we had an overdue balance that needed to be taken care of before they will schedule the next appt. How can we have an overdue balance when we just now got them? This company called us and worked out a pmt arrangement so we could split the down payment into 2 installments, so we did, then we get hassled about it being overdue when we just now picked up the retainers!? Insane building set up I'm sure that confuses plenty of people. Office staff was amazing and very helpful. The building is visibly dirty with grime as if it's supposed to be sterile or something. Went to get an X-ray in a very open but small area while someone sterilized at a small sink an arms length away. Dr came and was very nice but spoke too fast and wasn't really listening to me. Coming in, they don’t have a clear check in area so you have to be redirected through a door after talking to one receptionist. Then you go through this door to absolute chaos. There was no clear place to wait to be helped. There were papers and boxes and people focused on their computers all over the place.
