I felt that the situation I had with my homeowner's insurance would be complicated and take weeks to straighten out but Hailey was so easy to work. She even got the new quote and all the documents I was required to sign over to me in less than an hour. She was friendly and helpful and made a terrible experience better!
Understood my need for policy and worked hard to get me a sensible quote. Good follow up skills and will follow up after 5pm as needed. Very polite and patient during Covid 19.

Highly knowledgable and good service
really good, was in time and gave me all informations that i needed it.
Very poor service. Existing 5+ year customer with upcoming HO/Wind renewal. Have called twice in past 10 days to get options to modify policy (alleviate some price increase). Both times customer service representative has promised a timely agent or account manager call back and I have had zero response. Have requested an agent change.
Very disappointed with the service or should I say NO service. Emails and phone calls never returned. Started with my requests late January and now March and still not completed. I found a new insurance company and they secured my home, flood, umbrella, auto and my parents home insurance all in ONE DAY. I do not recommend David Dunham Insurance.
