Need better communication
LONI is RUDE and unprofessional! She does not return phone calls in as timely manner and when I finally did get her on the phone after 6 attempts, she was appallingly RUDE and unprofessional! I will never use this agency again!
Being a first time home buyer in Florida, there was a mistake at my closing. Instead of a representative calling me and saying, hey, we didn't receive your first payment and allow me to rectify. Everything was just canceled and my homeowner's insurance was lapsed for a month. I had to redo the policy and reinstate. Especially with new customers, you should check in and see why you didn't receive payment before just canceling. Does not respond in a timely manner. Lack of response, caused the insurance policy to not renew. Despite attempts to reach out to this company, they failed to respond and now insurance has expired and still no one has responded. I do not recommend this agency!
My policy went up 80% and your firm doesn't even mention it to me or shop out my policy? I could go directly to the insurance companies and shop my policy myself, but I choose to use an agent because I thought the agent would look out for me. Why would I need to have you involved if all you do is get the invoice from the insurance company add on a commission and send it to me? I was working with Brooke. I had a condo insurance policy with you since February and I received a notice in March from Universal saying that they will be cancelling my insurance in April, due to the fact that I did not have enough dwelling coverage. I reached out to Brooke 3 different times over the course of 3 weeks and was told she would get back with me, but never received a call back. I have been with this agent for 8 years. Not a single claim filed. The last 2 years, I have had nothing but problems with my escrow account for my mortgage getting billed. Last year I called this office 3 times after getting 3 different letters from my mortgage company stating they had still not received a bill for my insurance.
