ECD over charged me. I had preauthorization from my insurance for a service. it was repaid to me at the time of service that I would not have addition costs since there wasn't any unforeseen services. I paid in advance for that exact same service. I later received a bill from ECD claiming I owed $300 dollars for services not covered by insurance. I see others on google reviews have experience this same thing. I will take legal action if they do not waive the excessive fee. pm me if you experienced the same ans would like ... read more

I honestly think they are awesome if you have a kid with normal anxiety about going to the dentist but my daughter has general anxiety disorder, GAD, and at first they were great but later basically gave up on my kid. Why deal with it if you don’t have to? Dr Sutton told my 8 year old daughter she was full of drama, imagine how she felt. I understand each practice has their own ways and as I said I think generally they’re a good practice but if you or your child has high anxiety , please go somewhere else.
