We couldn't begin to express the appreciation we have for this group of amazing dental professionals. From Dr. Sutton taking such great care of our 5 year old daughter to her motivation in making some massive, time consuming changes to my (Jason's) dental problems. Communication within all areas of the office is absolutely superb. I had a broken tooth ans Dr. Sutton was able to do a crown while I waited. I was comfortable the whole time and the work was beautiful. Thank you Dr. Erin.
ECD over charged me. I had preauthorization from my insurance for a service. it was repaid to me at the time of service that I would not have addition costs since there wasn't any unforeseen services. I paid in advance for that exact same service. I later received a bill from ECD claiming I owed $300 dollars for services not covered by insurance. I see others on google reviews have experience this same thing. I will take legal action if they do not waive the excessive fee. pm me if you experienced the same ans would like ... read more
