Professional and caring!! I was fortunate to find Hidden Lakes and specifically Dr. Bachinski.. there aren't any words to accurately describe her, she is amazing as is the whole team ..From the receptionists to the dental assistants everyone great you with a smile and makes you forget that you're there for a root canal -as was the case for me! Always get great care here. I had my 6 month cleaning/exam and also x-rays and an oral cancer screening. From the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor----all get top marks from me.

High Quality High quality service, professional. Great experience. Willing to explain every procedure. Everyone was friendly. Staff greeted you on the way in and out. Asked if you had any question. Everyone made you feel relaxed. I've never experienced that until I went to Hidden Lakes Dental. I was made to feel like everyone cared.
Great first visit! I recently visited Hidden Lakes for the first time and I can honestly say I'm impressed. The office in clean and very organized, the staff is attentive and happy, and my visit was fast. If you're considering a first visit I recommend calling and having them send you the registration info that can be completed online, it will save you lots of time.
Why don't people like the dentist? After receiving care at Hidden Lakes Dental, the dentist is my favorite type of doctor. I am literally able to get diagnosed, treated, and cured all in one visit, every time! I don't know of any other type of doctor that gives service like that. Looking for a pain free Dentist? Dr. B is as close as you can get to a pain free Dentist. She is so gentle and understanding of the uncomfortable pains of dentistry. I can not see me going anywhere else.
Comforting Atmosphere Going to the dentist makes me very nervous but everyone here made me feel at ease. Friendly staff, they walked me through every step and let me know what to expect. Highly recommend!
