First appointment today... Was debating whether or not to switch dentists. Had been driving about 45 minutes away to see my existing doctor. Dr. Bachinski and her assistant Cynthia not only demonstrated outstanding professionalism and expertise during my visit, but they also exhibited a calm and encouraging demeanor that eased any fears I had prior to and during my root canal procedure. Friendly! This was my first time seeing Dr. B. And the hygienist, Jess. They were both super friendly. Jess did a great job of explaining to me how they measure your gums and check for a healthy mouth. I felt comfortable the whole time! The front desk staff was approachable and welcoming. Everyone at Hidden Lakes does a wonderful job of making going to the dentist a pleasurable experience!

Great Visit Last month was my first visit to Hidden Lakes Dental, it was a wonderful expierence, this my second visit after a root canal, was even better, the staff is the most friendly people they make you feel very comfortable and they explain everything that they are doing, i really love going to the dentist now thanks to Hidden Lakes Dental
From th front desk to end of visit My experience was great! Kristen is always great at cleaning my teeth she's very gentle, caring and friendly! Dr Crowell did a great job at fixing my filling that was hurting I was apprehensive because last time I was getting filling the numbing shot really hurt but this time was great and fixed the pain I was having! 😀😀😀
Amazing staff Always love coming to the dentist. Great staff makes it all worth it :)
