Professional, quality, and friendly service As I walked in the door, Corinne greeted me by name and with a big smile. I picked out a seat in the waiting room, since I was early for my six-month cleaning and checkup. The chairs in the waiting room are the only thing I would change. They need to be wider. Very friendly and understanding staff! I have very high anxiety going to the dentist...everyone from the front desk girls, the hygienist, and the dentist himself were SO understanding. Love Coming Here! As much as I hate going to the dentist, coming here is always a great experience. The staff is so friendly and makes me much less anxious about being there. I have been to two other dentists, and this one is by far the best office out of them!
not your usual dentist visit! Today was my first visit with a new dentist. I recently moved to Plainfield and had an issue with one of my teeth. I looked on the internet and found your office with nothing but compliments! This gives one a feeling of confidence before visiting a new dentist! My visit was pleasant and informative. I found everyone, from the dentist himself to all of the help very pleasant and polite. I am scheduled to return and will look forward to seeing everyone again!
I had a great experience here. I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and while I was not normally apprehensive this time I was. The staff was super friendly, from the receptionists to the hygienists. Will definitely keep coming back!
Professional & Modern Dental Clinic Hidden Lakes Dental provides excellent dental care and service. The hygienists and Dr.'s are skilled, professional and caring. The staff is excellent, and the technology used for reminders and notifications is state of the art as well.
Quality service always with a smile. Cavity on an old cavity spot. In and out in 20 minutes with no pain alt all. Dr Crowl is the BEST
