Outstanding customer service and team! My entire family goes to Hidden Lakes Dental Care. I love how well they are organized. The office clerks are attentive, pleasant, and always in a cheerful mood. The staff is amazing and very patient with my younger children. The wait in the waiting room isn't long at all and the dentist are very informational & has the best answers to your questions. I stay in Joliet and won't be changing dentist anytime soon. Hidden Lake Dental office & staff members rock!!!

High quality, quick service Staff are very friendly and caring. They get you in and out quickly, but make sure everything is done thoroughly.
great service as usual I went in for a veneer and didn't expect that I'd have to have the area numbed up but as usual the care received with the injection and the end result of the veneer was great. I'm very pleased with the work Dr. Crowl does. I've been coming to this dentist office for almost 3 years and the staff has always exceeded expectations in every area from the front desk to the back end. I really appreciate them going above and beyond expectations.
