I used to hate going to the dentist, but not anymore. I really think this is a fabulous practice. They greet you by name at the front door and everyone, from the receptionists to the dentists, are caring, kind and professional. They don't make you feel bad about not flossing or not brushing well enough. Instead they give you suggestions on how to do better, but there is no guilt-tripping. Professional, thorough, efficient First time visit at Hidden Lakes and I really liked the office staff, hygienist and Dr. B. There was little waiting before they took me back to start my appointment. They were efficient and courteous and took their time to answer my questions and make a plan for my dental health!
Best Dentist ever! They squeezed me in with an emergency - fixed the problem , out in less than an hour. Dr Crowl is the BEST ever.
