Very professional From entering the office to leaving after your appointment is a great experience
After a horrible experience at my now previous dentist I decided to not return to them and ultimately needed a new dentist quite quickly to attend to an issue I was experiencing. After going thru all the dentists in my area and looking up some unbelievable reviews, I came across Hidden Lakes and apparently had passed it many times on my trip to the grocery store. Always a great experience at Hidden Lakes Dental I have always had great experiences at Hidden Lakes Dental since day one and this was no different. The weather was inclement and they accommodated getting me in early for my appointment. As always the dental procedure was top notch which I am grateful for. Friendly, professional quality and timely Doctor and staff are friendly and performed professional and quality work in a timely manner. I am always at ease to have dental work done at this office.
Dental cleaning was OK I had my regular cleaning. My visit was pleasant. Person providing service is a nice person and did her best to keep me at ease. However, while cleaning, her instrument would keep going and staying at my gum. At one point, I had to stop her and told her what was happening. She did better job after that, but my gum is sore and I could not eat last night and staying at cereal as of now.
