It is nice to come into a dental office that really tries to make you feel welcome and feel good even when you don't get the greatest news. The whole office and dental teams really help you to understand what is happening and try to help you financially. They care and make me smile even when I don't feel good about the situation. Great people and a very nice atmosphere. The people that work there are always professional and fun! The staff take time to get to know you. Going to the dentist is not something that most people look forward to but they make it a pleasant experience whether it's a cleaning or a root canal. I feel like they really want whats best for the patient. They work with your budget because they know how important it is to take care of your teeth. The service and staff at Hidden Lakes is great. They are personable, knowledgeable and very helpful.. (especially when it comes to helping figure out what can be confusing insurance issues!) They take good care of myself and my family. Would recommend this practice to others without hesitation.

For years, I was afraid to go to the dentist due to seeing a childhood friends sister return from the dentist so I would allow years to go by before going and would only go when absolutely necessary. I decided to confront my fears and chose Hidden Lakes and am so glad I did. Everyone was so friendly and that helped me overcome my fears. I've been coming to this Dentist for several years now (and my other family members too). The office is very, very clean and every employee and the Dentist is kind, polite and professional. He's the only dentist I've ever trusted to not over charge or cheat.

As usual the office is clean, neat very comfortable& inviting.I did not have to sit in the waiting area at all,everything was just as we have come to expect;good prompt friendly service.
