I felt that I was treated like a lady and given the service I needed. The tech and dentist were personable and friendly putting me at ease.
Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They answer all questions you have.
We moved to Bolingbrook about a year ago. We found Dr. Crowl from a flier we received in the mail. Everyone from the receptionists to dentist himself is so pleasant. They remember your name and everything you talk about relating to your personal life. They have outstanding customer service. The wait time is never more than just a few minutes. Professional, friendly staff. Prompt appointments, effcient and very talented hygenists and dentists. Very comfortable care.
Their prices may be just a tad higher than others, but I have no regrets going there at all. My last cleaning was the best ever dental experience in my life. I actually laughed during the cleaning.
My daughter had her first cleaning today. My older 2 children have always had good experiences here so my expectations were high. I was not disappointed. Kristin put her ease and showed her everything they would use to check and clean her teeth. She took things slowly and had my daughter cooperating...even laughing...throughout her exam.
