I am new to the area and a new patient to Hidden Lakes. When making the appointment Shannon was very helpful and knowledgable. She was able to accomodate my allount the same week! Kelli was awesome! She was not only thorough with the cleaning, but she also thoroughly explained what she was doing as she was doing it. Kelli gave me great tips on better caring for my teeth without making me feel like I had do something wrong in the past. She was sweet and genuine.
Best dental office ever. Finally found a place we will want to home back to. The people from the front desk up through the Doctor are all super nice and good at what they to.

I normally don't do reviews but, I am waiting for a phone call and don't want to do the dishes at the moment! LOL Anyway, Amy and I had our appts. yesterday (2/6/13) and although it was long, (my fault for booking 3 appts. between the two of us)it went smoothly. I am happy that Amy has her braces off and we can get back to a "normal" routine of every 6 months and NOT every 5 weeks YEA! The staff at Hidden Lakes is exceptional. My kids look forward to their checkups. You guys are awesome!!!

Thank God all of your staff have a sense of humor! And thank God for Kelli, who is so forgiving about me biting her once in a while (not on purpose!); and the notes in my file: "Turn off tv. Do not use mint. Do not let patient see the needle."
