Jessica was very professional.Patience, was a virtue. She listened intently. She also apologized for the referral for knee shots, requested in July. She, explained to me, that Dr. Billal would administer, when approved. The request for, knee shots, would be, sent back to the insurance company, correctly. Jessica is amazing ! I was skeptical about seeing her ~ I have been a long time patient of Dr. B. However; if Dr. B is at her other location & you still need to be seen. Please know that Jessica knows her stuff!! Plus she listens to you and seens genuinely concerned . She is definitely a great addition to High Tech Family Care.
