The staff member with the key didn't show up until past 830. I arrived by 8 to ensure we had time to fill out paperwork to beat the rush. Because that person showed up late and no one else had a key, I was pushed behind a lot of people....making it take longer than necessary. Also, the rep didn't send my prescription to HEB as she said she would. We called back at 230 because HEB said they never received it. The PA was great though!
The .p.a. I saw was very attentive. She listened to all my questions qnd she spent a lot of time with me.
