Called them out to work on a minisplit system, which they said needed to be cleaned, and it did. They wanted $500 just to clean it! I called a local ac company, he cleaned all 3 of my AC’s for $300.. this place is ridiculously expensive. I won’t be back. And I won’t recommend.

During the visit, our service expert found significant buildup that was causing both units of your mini-split system to freeze and provided an upfront price for the recommended professional cleaning. You chose not to move forward with that service and paid the previously discussed $99 diagnostic fee. We have reached out directly and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns.

This is not a good company to do business with !! They will tell you they will be over and not show up ….. and they are all abt the money only they could care less abt you or your property ……..Be Smart and call someone else

This is a terrible service company. Ordered a flat top shelter. The ground settled so much an old person can’t get in in the dark. I asked them to make it right.. they said no. Pm me for pictures.
